From the moment I walked into Best Western Plus Lonoke Hotel, I was enveloped in a clean, welcoming atmosphere. the lobby's inviting scent set the tone for a pleasant stay. the front desk staff were not only friendly but also informative, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The room was exactly what I expected - clean, well-maintained, and styled in modern furnishings that exuded a sense of calm. the comfort of the bed surprised me, and I had one of the best night's sleeps in a long time. the pristine bathroom, a priority for me, was spotless, and the cold AC was a welcome bonus. Guestrooms at the hotel are fitted with all the amenities necessary for a good night's rest, including a work desk and a flat-panel TV with cable channels. The location, easily accessible from the highway, was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. the complimentary breakfast, offering a variety of choices, was a delightful start to my day. Raymond, the night clerk, exemplified exceptional service by going above and beyond to ensure my comfort, a true testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. It has easily become one of my favorite hotels during my travels across the U.S.
